Bring back the "pick six choose three" format for Battle Tower and Battle Spot Singles. Rather than have the Battle Tower analog mulch you by jury rigging AI teams and constantly leaving you at the mercy of RNG, the matches will follow the Pokemon Stadium format where both sides can see each others' full teams and choose three Pokemon. Also, just for fun, the BT should have "classic" modes, adding formats that replicate older gen mechanics (ex. RBY would combine Special into a singular stat, speed is tied to crits, criticals do 2x damage flat, no phsy/spec split for moves, Body Slam does't paralyze Normal types, Explosion halving defense in the calculation, etc.). Any "illegal" moves can be swapped out with moves that were legal in RBY, and all moves will have their gen 1 properties, for better or worse. GSC would give all Pokemon registered max out DVs. Gen 5 would have weather induced via abilities last forever. Upcoming potential balance changes to Pokemon or types can be tried out in the "Proto Tower", which would have both PvE and PvP, with higher ranked players being able to opt in to voice their opinions on the changes. These would run for a few weeks with the changes (depending on the feedback) going into effect during the next big update.
