I'm starting a new UM playthrough, I need team suggestions, not counting the starter.
What were your last USUM teams?

I nuzlocked it and my team was something like
Cradily, Noivern, ASandslash, Scraggy, Golisopod, and Toxapex
It was really fun, lost a lot of dudes on the way to totems and necrozma but it was a really satisfying experience
usum is definitely the best pokemon game for challenge

Bred a team to use at the start.

Chose Rowlet
Tepig
Drampa (cause I was NOT waiting till the endgame again.)
Dedenne (lost my copy of Y before I got to see it’s potential.)
Along the way, caught a Noibat and a Zorua.

Served me well, till I spammed my previous legendaries for Rainbow Rocket. (Lugia, Groudon, Dislga, Reshiram, Yveltal, Dawn Wings Necrozma)

Reminds me of my Ultra Moon nuzlocke. First encounter shiny Noibat. Got all the way to Gladion on Mt. Lanakila before dying to Hail damage. Probably the angriest loss I ever had.

The final team had Palossand, Mawile (weirdly this is good despite having no stats), and Garbodor aong others.

Yes this is a bad team. I got raped by Flying types especially Guzma's Masquerain and all of all of Kahili. Even Hala's Crabominable was a challenge. My excuse is that I just picked Pokemon I like. They just shouldn't be in the same team. I remember Decidueye being awful in battles. It would get KO'd constantly and never did much offensively.

A better team but still poorly balanced. A-Muk was a freaking machine. My excuse this time is that I found a shiny A-Meowth and 2 shiny Poliwhirl randomly. I do my best to use random shinies I find during my game.
