Mimikyu is a 5% encounter in the Abandoned Megamart.
Dhelmise is a 1% encounter via normal fishing in Seafolk village, but it becomes a 10% encounter at a bubbling spot. That's kind of a pain, but there's a fishing spot on the steelix boat that lets you enter and exit to get bubbling spots.
