We don't really think about it because of all the exploits to expedite the process, but putting a competitive team together without all those bugs would be HELL. It would take a year to get an HA gmax Charizard, and that's before you get into giving it proper evs and breeding the rest of the team around it.
I'd also overhaul the online. Currently, it's just 3v3 singles and 4v4 doubles, and I'd like it if there were more modes to pick from. I'd add Little Cup singles and doubles as well as an "ubers" mode where legendarys and mythicals are allowed. Little Cup was always my favorite mini-metagame and giving the showflakes their own mode might keep them from stinking up vgc.
