+2 SpA is the equivalent of a Nasty Plot, but it also has 130 BP and STAB off of 125 base SpA.

Gen 6/7 OU where Gliscor is around among other things. If Hydreigon was suddenly immune to Moonblast, obviously having a move to stop it from setting up Nasty Plot in your face is another very good justification for Ice Beam.
