A great mon for stall teams and is kind off a necessity just to be able to handle vish. It can take both banded and scarf iirc. Still doesnt beat band Vish under rain tho but it's the closest thing to a Vish counter

Showdown doesn't allow datamine moves yet.
Play Rough on Bulu will do jack shit though.

In natdex, Fini needs to check both Dracovish and Hydreigon, and it can't do both jobs at once. Fini needs to run a lot of physical investment to not get 2HKO by Dracovish, which makes it easier to get 2HKO by Hydreigon.
