Dracovish is fundamentally broken.
Even if the DLC adds a better water immunity than Seismitoad, you're still going to be forced to run a water immunity.
The problem with Vish is that it restricts teambuilding, not that it's unbeatable.

Better question:
If Dracovish's broken doesn't change with DLC, why isn't it being suspect tested in natdex instead?
The only difference between natdex and DLC are Alomomola and Tangrowth.

Who said Dracovish isn't broken in NatDex? It actually has more relative usage (5th instead of 8th) than in Galar OU even because running Seismitoad/Volcanion is an even bigger burden than in the standard metagame and Tangrowth isn't a real counter. They just have their hands full with even more broken Pokémon, like Genesect, Dugtrio, Mega Blastoise, Zygarde, Mega Metagross (which only didn't get banned because of a large number of absentees that they weren't sure how to count), Galarian Darmanitan etc. I can guarantee you that Dracovish will be banned from NatDex OU at some point.

Clefable is basically the speed boost Blaziken of modern Smogon, they’re bending over backwards trying to “prove” that Clefable isn’t the problem when all evidence says it is just because it was in OU last gen and they don’t want it in ubers where it’s unusable.

No one in council wants to do a complex ban or a move ban to save Clefable, they are waiting because it's still a keystone mon and suspecting it right now with a DLC this close would be stupid, but if it is still needed to suspect it they will. It's mostly shitters who want Teleport banned because of muh Chansey, even though it can't wishpass and is incredibly susceptible to passive damage.
