I've literally gotten banned for "Genwars" for a post that was shitting on people that incite genwars. Our mods are just insane or don't actualy know how to read english.

Same with me. It was a thread were some people were writing literal walls of text full of buzzword hating on a gen, and it honestly perplexed me. So I asked how come some people can feel such seething hatred over a gen, over.. a game, basically. Like I also have a gen I really dislike but you don't see me writing stuff like that, constantly thinking about it and living my life 24/7 angry at a game (no, it wasn't gen 8 btw). Like I was genuinely worried for those anons, the way they wrote those posts just wasn't healthy, and yet my post (where I wrote exactly what I said here) got me banned for inciting genwars.
I just want people to stop being so angry all the time and letting stuff they hate dominate their lives, I think that's why the mood here is so bad. I'm not saying not to criticize anything ever, but you should've seen those posts, it was really bad.

You’re less likely to get banned for a specific rule if you break other rules. In fact, you won’t be banned at all in that scenario. If you break the rules, but mods agree with what you posted, nothing will happen. However, if you post something that the mods don’t like and caused enough outrage on the thread, such as stating an honest opinion that’s contrary to the circlejerk, the mods will try to find a reason to ban you.

And don’t forget; mods are more likely to ban you if you criticize them for doing a terrible job. Someone who spams porn threads or regurgitates frog/wojak edits while spamming juvenile racist trash will simply have their threads and posts deleted.

I once got warned for posting a screenshot of the "Hide post" tab and was told I filed a misclassified report. I had to hold back on making a joke about eye clinics being considered essential businesses because that would've definitely assblasted somebody. Still one of the best laughs I've had in months.
