It has a move called Fishious Rend, which has 85 base power.
But when it goes first, its BP doubles to 170.
And it has the ability Strong Jaw, boosting the power to 255.
And it gets STAB from the move, which boosts the power to 382.
And if you decide to go for more power instead of a higher chance to move first and give it Choice Band, that boosts the power to 573.
It hits so hard that the only counter is something immune to water. Without Seismitoad, you might as well forfeit at team preview.

Dracovish is not a threat to stall (or super bulky balance, which is what most retards on /vp/ mean when they say stall) teams, they're one of the few archetypes that can actually realiably handle Dracovish because they're always going to have 2 or 3 Pokemon that can take a hit from Dracovish and then cripple it with status. (except for Rain Dracovish, but that's a threat to literally every team).

The teams that Dracovish invalidates are the standard balance teams, because they usually only have one Pokemon that can successfully switch into it (Seismitoad, which they're effectively forced to run despite it being a bad fit for the archetype), and if they lose that they're fucked. Dracovish's existence forces the meta to be either extremely hyper offense or extreme fat balance/stall, because the middle ground teams simply can't deal with a Pokemon that OHKO's/2HKO's almost the entire meta with a single move.
