>>43739247You need to build your whole team around protecting it from status, Knock Off, hazards, all the special attackers it lets in for free, etc. Basically it really wants the support of a full stall team, but full stall isn't relevant in this meta. Without all that support it just gets bullied and gives a bunch of free turns to dangerous shit (think Hydreigon and all the crazy Ghosts in this meta), all while not making any progress vs Clefable. The kicker is that even if you could give it all the support it wants, Strength Sap is still inconsistent recovery, and you can screw it over by switching to something with very low Attack or Magic Bounce. The raw bulk is nice but doesn't make up for everything else wrong with it.
