What exactly has James done that's so reprehensible besides design a few VERY bad designs amongst a slew of perfectly passable or good ones? He was behind the SFX for Colo and XD, which still look quite attractive today considering their age. Serious question.

I have never seen such atrociously designed pokemon before he got in
I am not talking about all the designs developed from gen 5, but the ones specifically designed by him or under his guidance
He either over-designs the mons or gives them awful unnatural colors, or both
