You wouldn't want to trap something that is faster and can bop Magnezone in 1 hit, and it's also tied to a mon that's slow and has a relatively weak type combination (1 EQ and Magnezone is dead) compared to Arena Trap Dugtrio being too fast and strong enough to 1shot all of its crucial targets
