It's $30 that's meant to be the equivalent of add ons a 3rd game would bring.

They're definitely hiding shit. More Gigantamaxes obviously due to the cross-promotion events for the Wild Area. Klara and Avery's Gigantamaxes aren't shown yet.More regional forms and quite possibly evolutions to regional forms as well.
The fact that we have shit like Metagross and Garchomp confirmed for the DLC while Dragonite is still on the fence is very suspicious. They're most likely giving it a regional form, which we haven't seen yet. We also don't know anything, if at all, about the story.

Sword and Shield had a metric fuck ton of Pokemon that weren't shown to us and the ONLY reason we did find out about them was due to data mining and early copies being leaked.

I feel like if there was more, there would be more reveals today than Galarian Slowbro, the birds’ types, and the new Regis’ names. I think it’s literally just a minor Dex expansion marketed as extra content, with a USUM Rainbow Rocket-level of new story.

The fact that the last trailer before the release of The Isle of Armor showed mostly content from The Crown Tundra tells me that there's not much left to reveal in The Isle of Armor.

The fact that the footage from The Crown Tundra that we saw today merely detailed what we already knew tells me that there's not much left to reveal in The Crown Tundra, either.

Remember when ORAS had no more Mega Evolutions than what was shown in pre-release materials? Remember when USUM released and was completely devoid of surprises?

They really revealed pretty much everything. Enjoy spending your $60.

In all liklihood, there will be more new Pokemon. Interestingly, they left out Klara’s dynamaxed Pokemon from the trailer. Could be Slowbro, but who knows.

If I’m not mistaken, you can’t purchase them separately, so it makes more sense to market the whole package.

Tell this to ORAS or USUM.

New generation titles are a different story because they don't *have* new content, they *are* new content and it's obviously impossible to show everything in trailers.

As for third version or remake type of games, they rarely have any surprising content in them and that's been the case for years. What's been so surprising about USUM or LGPE?

No it doesn't? Literally everything the DLC adds is new content to SwSh, while third versions have their efforts divided among new stuff and re-playing old stuff. Platinum added a few rematches and a couple of forms for legendaries plus battle frontier, while this DLC adds 13 new pokemon, 6 new forms, many new moves, and two new wild areas.
