Anyway it'll probably just be OU now, being a terrain setter with decent stats and moves guarantees it (especially since grassy terrain is so good paired with zeraora, the 2nd most used mon rn). The priority move will firmly establish it as OU, as well

It's not Sap Sipper that you are aiming for, it's Solid Rock. Dynamax Rillaboom can't ohko Dynamax Rhyperior in Grassy Terrain.

Rillaboom is already basically a faster Tapu Bulu with a more diverse moveset. If anything Bulu will become the obsolete one

Not that guy but kommo-o is one of the most prominent physical walls in OU.
Still, I think horn leech is what's going to set bulu apart. The longevity it provided was massive. I could see it sticking around just for that.
