What can I say, there’s a lot to dislike about the new games but I still generally like the Pokémon themselves. And I’m probably alone in this, but Calyrex has grown on me, probably because I think he looks like an Animal Crossing villager.

Mad about the birds' types, but their designs are sick. Calyrex isn't awful imo, the design grew on me a bit and I think its G-Max can definitely improve it

Grimmsnarl and his kin are some of the few Fairies that actually deserve the typing due to their connection with imps, goblins, and other demonic monsters in fairy tales. Grimmsnarl has an amazing type combination that gives it two immunities, and he has a lot of diversity due to its movepool, stats, and Prankster.

nobody ever gives a fuck about other peoples tier lists, i basically just did this to confirm to myself what i like and what i don't and to be honest i don't dislike any of them. at all.
most of the new g-max forms look amazing, i fucking love the galarian legendary birds, i really like both of urshifu's forms (not really too hot on cubfoo though) and i like the new slowbro.
calyrax is weird and definitely deserves some of the shit it gets due to its weirdly underdesigned body but its kind of unnerving in a way so i don't dislike it personally but i completely get why others do.
pleasantly surprised overall.

I guess I'm pretty easy to please. Inteleon becoming a sniper tower is neat. Urshifu is one of the only pokemon that I've actually come to like less having seen it in motion; there's something very uncanny about it, even compared to how humanoid the starters are.
