How can SwSh look like such ass and be so devoid of scope and detail compared to a game originally released in 2011?

I love how the owners of the studio desiring to keep the spirit of the company from the start alive, while simultaneously making the biggest kid's games in the world pisses adults off so much. Yes, they unironically WANT to keep that small indie mentality alive at HQ, it keeps things easier to manage. Not giving a shit what adult players consider acceptable as long as kids enjoy it is just another little bonus.
