>>43767497Probably Ubers. It doesn't even need Amnesia when it's Blizzard is hitting that hard to begin with. At it's absolute worst it's going to take out one Pokémon and badly fuck up another every single game just from Blizzard Spam with T-bolt on waters.
On the topic of Ice, I wonder if Avalugg could put in a decent showing. It's not got the best showing against Special Attackers but basically beats every single physical attacker in the game because of Recover. Nothing living its Explosion aside from the Rocks either.
