And what about other things owned by normal day-to-day people. You think an average family can just willy-nilly replace a house or car damaged by these riots? Again, after months of no work or income aside from unemployment? It's an exceptionally privileged mindset to just say "hurr it's just items you can replace them". I can only imagine this is said by people who have never had to deal with losses like theft or fire in their lives.
Why the fuck do you think so many of these megacorps are so OK with supporting the protests and riots? They have nothing to lose here. It's the small businesses, IE their competitors that do.
