Boomburst compensates its OPness with poor distribution, so it's balanced in the end. Boomburst is on the brink of being overpowered, but the Pokemon that get it are (for the most part) shitmons. It's only a matter of time until Game Freak introduces an actually OP Pokemon with Boomburst

Signature move for mamoswine. Nothing particularly amazing since it loses the ability to hit the flying types that EQ cannot, but I just learned "icequake" is an actual term and I think it's a cool name for a move.
