Of course it would be significantly less shit lmao. Speed is already its highest stat, and it covers BOTH attack and sp attack??? So its highest stat spreads over to three total stats. All you have to do is put all your EVs in speed, the rest in a defense or HP, and watch it do damage.

If by "Less shit" you mean "hilariously broken", sure. Dragapult is good enough as it stands, this would make it a high-ranker in Ubers. A Timid nature basically gives you +10% in three stats at once, and you can fully pump EVs into four stats instead of just two; furthermore, Agility (which Dragapult learns at level 24) becomes equivalent to Shell Smash except with no drawbacks whatsoever. Oh, and you get to spam Draco Meteor without any downsides because everything is scaling off of Speed.
After boosting, a set of Meteor/Shadow Ball/Filler 2HKOes all of OU.

Trick room just makes slow mons go first.
Attacks that scale with speed or slowness (like Electro and Gyro Balls) stay the same in Trick Room, even when the slow mons go first and fast mons go last.
