Hypnotism is Hypno’s entire schtick, it’s literally in his name and he carries around a pendulum 24/7, making him a more obvious choice for hypnosis related porn. Finally, Hypno’s big nosed, stout humanoid appearance makes him resemble an ugly bastard, popular among artists in japan who write hypnosis doujins and draw hypnosis porn. I think Malamar is based and deserves recognition for being one of the only Pokémon to actively control humans and use them for part of it’s plan, the only other example I can think of being fucking Mewtwo, but it makes sense he doesn’t get as much love.
