>>43784404They still check that stuff for transfers though, so the last part can't be true. There's a reason Smogon sets still run wish Chansey (an event only like 30 people got irl), and Refresh M-Salamence (from Colo/XD) You can still transfer these stupid obscure shadow/event moves up.
I think they just ban them for the same reason they ban mythicals- so everyone is on the same playing field and not having to buy extra hardware and games to get these lost movesets.
