I'm not sure about Mesprit. Moody is obvious lore-wise but is a competitive shit-show: it could still make sense if we're fine making Mesprit particularly busted because he's the one the player interacts with most.
Maybe it'd be best for Mesprit to have a new ability: possibly a Psychic or type-generic Blaze variant that representing it getting emotional when in danger lore-wise while also helping with its relatively offensive playstyle.
