Do you think we will get the entire nationaldex in Sword and Shield once the Crowned Tundra expansion comes out?

Nugamecompany profit models really make me sad, games designed to be disposed of after a few years, I still revisit shit from all the way up to the wii era, but as soon as I finish the campaign of most newer games, I rarely want to revisit them again.

Have fun milking a gen to the point of it being functionally dead, how many people buy AND play the dlc for any given game?
Pokemon is not a game balanced around a dlc play model and it will be completely clear when people steamroll the isle of armor in 2.5 hrs with their level 100 teams

Anyone know if the June 17th update is bringing all the Pokemon they mentioned so far? (Ex: Garchomp) Or if they’re only adding half now and the other half in the Fall?

People keep assuming the level 100 meme. What if when you go there you have to deposit everything and that is why mustard gives you Kubfu to act as your starter.

They’re giving out super easy XL Exp candy in raids until the DLC drops, you could easily spend just one day and have enough to get not only the free Kubfu but also the free Kanto starter to 100 and still have enough spare to catch any random Pokémon and do the same. You’ll be able to steamroll through this pathetically easily.

Even if you're restricted to using only Kubfu, you can still use items and decimate everything. It probably won't evolve until you complete one of the towers, but knowing Game Freak you could probably steamroll it without any items.
