They see humans clothing themselves for comfort and privacy, and they also see that humans won’t take them off unless if they’re to bathe, change into fresher clothes, or to get intimate with one another.
If they see you‘re being casually nude in their presence, but with no other humans nearby, they’ll put two and two together and react based on their own personality and depth of your relationship. If they trust you, they probably won’t mind it all, but the same can’t be said if they don’t, as they will think you’ll assault them.
