>Sneasel as the tomboy and main female character, has kind of a yankii girl vibe to her and is the third friend of the group.
>Cubone is a combination of sasuke and vegeta, sad backstory and Charmander's rival with typing advantage. Charmander tries to be his friend but cubone is too angsty for that shit.
>Dragonite is the bully that makes fun of Charmander for not being a dragon, maybe add two other dragons to make it a gang.
The whole thing centers around the three group of friends exploring and trying to become stronger and evolve to compete in the league (tournament arc) and face the elite four (four of the most non legendary pokemons).
