It tries to trick you into thinking the mon is a tank superbeast but in reality they're wet papers that hit barely hard, and also slow to boot. Only works for wobbuffet because of its overspecialized moveset, and even then it needed a busted ability to be threatening at all.
It hurts me more because most of my favorite mons use this shitty stat spread: wigglytuff, lanturn, guzzlord. All fucked.
