Whereas with Lillie the plot feels much more intentional and planned but I don't really care for Lillie's plot, I'm not attached to Cosmog as this Pokemon that needs to be protected and Lillie just isn't interesting in terms of the twists in her character plot.
Honestly the better comparison to Lillie would be Sonia since both serve as non-rival supporting characters who have generally important roles to the plot, the thing is that Sonia's plot was massively fucked over by whatever happened to SwSh.
