This is also a Pokémon which lives in a forest full of neon purples, greens, blues, and pinks from bioluminescent mushrooms and/or fairy magic, and in a generation where the red/purple aura of Dynamax/Gigantamax energy confers a little extra glow and coloration for all mons, but especially accentuates it for those who already have a similar hue.
As best I can tell, it’s not specifically intended to truly represent that genre of graphical art and music, but I don’t know what else you would call it.
