Why did they make an 8 years old girl wear a sexy garter belt? Why does Lugia only show up once but is all over the promotional material? Why is it so fucking boring and uneventful compared to The Power of One? Why did they try to capitalize on nostalgia for the old movie and then sell a boring filler about putting out a fire? Why are there so many characters and conflicts when everything is tacked on and characters do an 180º and change the way after a single dialogue line? Why did they try to insert so many subplots into a tedious 1:30 hours movie?

What was the audience for this stupid movie besides the obvious pedo bait with a sexualized little girl?
