Most bird Pokémon don't have large enough wingspan to take flight, assuming they have properly structured wings at all.
Most bug Pokémon are far too large to support themselves, and would swiftly die of oxygen deprivation.
Most amorphous Pokémon simply wouldn't function as real animals either, things like Gastly or Muk.
