The kind of guy you want to call retarded, but then you realize he has thousands parroting his jokes, many of which he just comes up with on the spot, so obviously something he does works.
I think he's mostly known for Smash and Mario Maker, but does lots of stuff. I'd weakly say he has the makings of being the next Game grumps or something like that.
