Neither. I prefer Perrserker, Meowth is eh unless it's og, and Persian is eh, with Alolan Persian being disgustingly deformed in the head. Since Perrserker is neither Meowth, nor a version of Persian, it's neither of the category you specified.

Alolan Meowth and Alolan Persian. I like how menacing they look and Dark-type is my favorite type. It's also nice to have a Gen I pure Dark-type.

Perrserker is the only Meowth line Pokemon I've ever really liked. Very soulful design and mono Steel is a fun type to play with. I just wish the name was better.
