So does Cinderace have stronger legs then Blaziken?Why is Cinderace so OP in lore even it's Gmax feats and abilities are greater then the other two starters

Assuming that the other region is Unova, or NYC, based on the phrase "across oceans", it means that GMax Rillaboom's drums could be heard from 3,459 miles away (using London as the origin point).
The eruption of Krakatoa, the loudest sound in recorded history, was only heard 3,100 miles away and ruptured the eardrums of everyone within 40 miles.
Here's a map putting that into perspective. Green is Rillaboom, red is Krakatoa.
Everyone in Galar should be deaf.

The key word here is 'amongst'. That implies that it's legs are some of the strongest but not the definite strongest. Plus, that shit isn't even quantifiable. They're basically just saying 'it's stronk!!1!'. They're not describing why its strong.
