It doesn't matter how humanlike or smart they appear to be, they aren't actually feeling anything, just emulating them, saying they do because that's what they were programmed to say. Everything robots do is just a program, a command, they can't feel, they aren't sentient, even if they "cry" or "laugh" or whatever, they aren't feeling it.
Robots will never be organic beings deserving of rights.
