>>43829613We've had both grass and fire/fighting already, so I'd say do water/fighting. If you make its design and the mon itself distinctive enough, Urshifu won't matter. It's unfortunate for you that gamefreak decided to randomly make that mon a water type. I've had a similar situation where I wanted to make a water/electric spinosaurus starter who absorbed lightning with his spines, but then I remembered gamefreak already did that concept with Mega Sceptile, a temporary form they abandoned two generations after its introduction, so it doesn't really matter but still deterred me from finalizing my concept.
Don't let gamefreak's stupid decisions restrict you, it won't make you happy. Just make the best out of that bear.
