After you do the distortion world and fight giratina, when you exit with cynthia she literally stands there until you beat the elite 4, with cynthia herself as the champion. the name could be a bit better. ‘Sendoff’ Spring. Of all the words to choose. Silent Spring, The Lake of Goodbyes, Farewell Lake, Calm Lake or just "Unknown area". Lake Silver could have been a cool callback to MT Silver.

I had no idea how the fuck I got through it as a kid, I didn’t use a guide or anything so I was genuinely surprised when I saw Giratina all the way at the end. One of my best Pokemon memories for sure.

it didnt, even when you went back into the cave after the E4? yeah sucks there is only 1 point in the entire game where you can have a legit giratina origin without it holding the platinum orb (ignoring that NPC who had it in a gen 5 world tournament dlc thing)
