>>43828694>>Top Tier>Raihan one of the best gym leaders to date, he brings something unique to the table with his battle. A much more interesting Dragon specialist than all the bargain bin Seto Kaiba LARPers we've gotten over the years. Shame they ruined his fight in the rematch by making him switch between 3 types of weather in a singles format.
>PiersI've been waiting for the first dark-type leader they delivered with Piers, he single-handedly redeemed Team Yell for me. Nice touch how they added a toxtricity to his team after he stepped down as gym leader (and you know he would've been packing a noivern too if GF gave enough of a shit to give everyone full teams). His theme is also kickass
>OpalQuirky old people are one of my favorite types of characters, she fits well with the whimsy and mischievous theme of Fairy types. I wish we got to see more of her though.
>>Good tier>AllisterGhost is my favorite type, and masks are cool. Most ghost-type specialists don't really fit the type that much (e.g. Morty), but Allister is an exception.
>KabuThe only gym leader who really ties into the sports theme of the league. His backstory of being from Hoenn and almost being champion is cool too. I like how he's stated to be a big roadblock for most of the gym challengers.
>>Alright but I don't care enough to write a description about them tier>Milo>Melony>Gordie>Nessa>>Actively dislike tier>BeaFighting type gets the most boring trainers, all of them (Except Korrina and Hala sorta) is just some gi-wearing weeb whose entire character consists of "I'm a martial artist" and panders to footfags, I guarantee if she was a guy nobody would give 2 shits about her
