off the top of my head, scyther, numel, vullaby, and tangela are the only ones doing anything if it only works on 1st stage pokemon. i’d also say clefairy but this board is too retarded to realize it’s a first stage

What if Eviolite boosts stats according to the individual stats of the pokemon? i.e. Chansey now gets minimal benefits from it due to having a massively bloated HP stat.

What if instead of just raising defense and special defense, it scales a mon's stats so that it has the same BST as its final stage?
So Blissey's BST is 540 compared to Chansey's 450, which is 1.2 times more, so each of Chansey's base stats are multiplied by 1.2 and become 300/6/6/42/126/60.
