>Blaziken>Greninja>Incineroar>Rillaboom>CinderaceMeanwhile, Blastoise has pretty much never been above UU, even with HA, Charizard has to use megas as a crutch (Unlike Blaziken, which has been in Ubers since it got Speed Boost, while Charizard was NU with it's HA), and Venusaur is the only one to consistently be in BL-OU, even more so thanks to Chlorophyll.
