>>43833199Eh, there's something to that idea. Steel came along and announced itself as "Rock but way better and not shitty". If you compare the two Rock is really just completely irrelevant, Steel does everything Rock was trying to do and does it better.
Actually now that I'm looking at it, if they get combined into Mineral Type the weaknesses are pretty easy to figure out as they share some things in common that make sense for both. Both hardened dense earth material.
Note though most Steel Types do in fact seem to be made specifically of steel, which is not a mineral even though iron is. It's a possible a better name than Mineral might not exist though and the idea is. . . . . .
