Nope. You can only rename them if it's the same language as you and it doesn't already have a nickname. And you can only change the name once.

No, you can name anything that has been traded to you, but only once, and only if it still has the same species name as your language.
If your language is spanish, you can rename any English and Spanish mons wondertraded to you, but not French or Chinese ones since the game will consider the foreign species name as a nickname.
