It's a Pokemon game for people seething at Gamefreak and people that want to play Pokemon but don't want to buy a measly 80 dollar 3DS used for it. It was always aimed at a niche of a niche.

It's literally just Pokemon but worse. It has no identity or ideas of its own. The Temtem devs failed to understand that you can't be successful just by ripping off something else. You have to be unique to succeed.
