>>43841900Same. I emulated Sword and while objectively speaking the game is an unfinished mess, there's a lot of things it actually did very well, and the overall game is incredibly enjoyable, way, waaay more than any gen 7 game. It was actually fun.
Unfortunately, those things which to me are 10/10s become completely overshadowed by the piles and piles of 0/10s everywhere, which is a damn shame, honestly. This game could've been so great.
But yeah, while I'm glad I didn't spend money on it and don't think it's worth its price tag, I really do think it's worth playing it. It's a nice and enjoyable game overall, and you can do like I did and just go along the ride, laughing your ass off everytime you see something nonsensical or lazy.
