The only type of therapy that exists is for those who have committed a crime, and that therapy is specifically about stopping them from committing more crimes. Therapists have no tool to deal with a non-offending pedophile, and if a non-offending pedophile came to them for help, they would either (depending on the country) send them away or call the authorities (who will have no ground to arrest you if you haven't committed a crime).
