I would assume so. Unless they do something like include both a pokemon from the original dex and a new variant of it on different sides of Sinnoh since it's basically split in half, like with Shellos

How? But Arbok is of 1 gen. I say that if in the remake of Sinnoh there regional forms only could be mons of 5-7 gen because it would be rare to see Sinnohan Arbok in the remake when in DPPt never it existed

Arbok pattern on its chest is supposed to change depending on zone he is in.
They committed to it up until RSE and FRLG when they actually used different sprites patterns for Arbok, but they stopped doing it from the fourth gen onwards.

I don't really see why Sirfetch'd, Cursola & Mr. Rime couldn't have just been evolutions to the regular forms. The only things you'd need to change are making Sirfetch'd Fighting/Flying (or Normal/Flying) and making Cursola Ghost/Rock (or Water/Ghost).

That’s a decent idea but I don’t know how they”d excecute it? They couldn’t use any Pokemon before sinnoh so it’d be tied exclusively to any Pokemon made from only the last ten years being 5,6,7 and 8, which could bring life into more forgotten Pokemon of the newer gens, possibly like turtornator or dragalge

Fuck that shit. I would much rather take more regional Pokémon which give us more team building options without drastically increasing dex size.

Also regionals have far more soul than the completely new Pokémon do.

I agree that Mr. Rime's elemental focus feels too distract to flow from regular Mr. Mime, but I think Sirfetch'd and Cursola could still work, especially if Galarian Farfetch'd and Galarian Corsola are reworked into mid-evolutions so the transition is less drastic.
