Chansey is shit in VGC and BSS. It was shit even before it lost Toxic. At best, it's reserved for the most out-there meme teams and at worst it has no niche at all. It's not even relevant, let alone worthy of a nerf in the actual game.
The only place it's relevant is in Smogon, and as such, OP posting a picture of Chansey accompanied by the phrase "nerf it" means that the conversation was always about fanfic shit.
For someone who loves the actual game enough to clamor to screech at fanfic shit every time it's mentioned, you sure don't seem to know anything about it.
