Going directly off OP's image.
Base game + dlc = About 80-90$ depending on where you are.
You get the base game, and the DLC
The third versions, is pretty much a remastered version, which depending on what game it is, could be anything from minor changes to full on new games (BW2)
And if you have not played the first you don't need to worry about it.
Like buying a copy of bloodborne with all the dlc, or just buying the complete edition.
So base 40-50$
Plus it's physical, meaning you have the game, you can trade it, borrow it, stick it up your arse, you own it. You don't have to worry about it becoming unavailable in 5 years.
