I mean, HGSS was her chance, and as nicely as Pokemon humans have been shown to age (and how beefy their Battle Tower/Tree teams are) I don't know if I want Game Freak trying to characterize later player characters.

And if you want to go nuts, her being an early-gen phantom kind of has its own mystique at this point.
