people say Sinnoh apart of the based-on-japan squad, but I dont agree.
Sinnoh is the mythology region, and is also based on Greece and China, who also have heavy mythology. Mt Coronet shares similar symbolism with Mt Olympus, where the gods lived.
The biggest evidence to her whiteness, is that she is based of the greek goddess, Artemis herself, who was known by her epithet as Cynthia. She is the greek goddess of wild animals.
She is more white than asian. Like a goddess herself. Wouldn't make sense if she was jap-based.
Also, she's not as cutesy as other characters, she has a long straight nose, much so in comparison to other characters. a european trait.
